The Bridger #280 Magnum measures a full 8" x 8" and gives you a Magnum Trap at a Bargain Price. Extensive field testing resulted in this unique design with complete corner closure. A slight center gap is incorporated to protect the integrity of the dog and trigger in the event of a dry fire. Designed and developed for the serious beaver and otter trapper. Double springs. 
 
The #159, #160, #220, #280, and #330 Bridger Bodygrippers also have "magnum" jaws and heat treated springs. In addition, these five traps have flat super safeties, stronger trigger wires, a tear drop ring attached to the spring and a swivel on each end of the chain.
