This is a 1" thick double Nylon Ring N Center Collar with a sewn on reflective hardware. These Collars fit neck sizes of 16" to 19". They come in a variety of choices: Red collar w/ Orange Reflection, Orange collar w/ Orange Reflection, Blue collar w/ Lime Reflection, and Black collar w/ White Reflection.
