This is a 1 1/2" thick double nylon ring n center collar with sewn on reflective hardware. They fit neck sizes of 16" to 19". They come in a variety of colors: Red collar w/ orange reflection, orange collar w/ orange refletion, blue collar w/ lime reflection, and black collar w/ white reflection.
